Building a new world for Palm Garden

Everything you need to know about the Palm Garden migration.


Last spring, we launched Palm Garden, a social impact platform charting the emergence of a new planet. The first species collection, Inklings, minted out. Since then, we’ve seen the community begin to map out the terrain of this place, across 30,000 hours of gameplay, voting, and the introduction of Epiphytes, a new, donation-based initiative. 

In January 2024, we’ll be migrating Palm Garden to the Candy platform, where we’ll see new adventures unfold. ⋆.˚⭒⋆.˚ As we work on this update, here’s what you can expect. 

Migration Overview:

  • Platform Offline. As of December 19, 2023, Palm Garden will be offline while we migrate the platform to Candy.com. 
  • NFT and Data Migration. All of your data on the Palm Garden will transition to Candy.com. All NFTs held in your Palm Garden account will also be restored to your Candy.com account. You can read more about this process here.
  • Account Merge. If you have a Palm Garden and a Candy Digital account, please follow the applicable instructions below:
    • Two Different Email Addresses: If you use a different email address for both accounts, please log into your Candy Digital account and update your email address to the same one you use for your Palm Garden account.
    • Same Email Address: If you use the same email address for both accounts, no action is needed on your part. They will be merged into one account. 
  • Password Reset: Upon successfully migrating all Palm Garden accounts to the Candy platform, you will receive a password reset email.

Additional Updates:

  • Fully Supported Countries: As a result of the migration, Candy Digital's supported countries will be expanding. See the list of countries we anticipate supporting here.
  • Limited Countries: If your account's country was previously supported by Palm Garden and will no longer be supported by Candy Digital, your account will have some limitations. Learn more here.With migration around the corner, we’ll continue to keep you updated over email, Discord, and X.
