We’re days away from kicking off the 2023 season and judging by the performances at the World Baseball Classic and Spring Training, we’ll have no shortage of electric highlights coming your way. Following last week’s rundown of the upcoming MLB Showstopper ICONs and 2023 Team Packs, it’s time to shed some more light on Candy’s 2023 MLB Highlights!
Highlights are official MLB-licensed video collectibles that contain the 2023 season’s greatest moments. There’s no way of knowing what’ll happen this season, but rest assured – once history is made on-field, the most unforgettable moments will be cemented in the form of a Highlights collectible.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Plays of the Week
Each week, Candy will select 10 “Plays of the Week” Highlights and release them in packs of 2. Each Highlight will be assigned a rarity level based on the quality of the moment, allowing you to relive your favorite MLB moments week-to-week!

This Month in Baseball
Highlights of historical moments in baseball that will be released monthly throughout the season. Each month the Highlights will alternate between current MLB players and National Baseball Hall of Fame members. From Ohtani’s first career home run to Willie McCovey’s 521st and final career home run.
Candy users can vote on their favorite play each month, and the top-ranked moment will be memorialized as a “This Month in Baseball” collectible! Each round of voting will begin at the beginning of the month, polls can be found on our Discord.
Drop Details
New packs drop the third Wednesday of every month of the 2023 MLB season.

Milestone Marks
Some Highlights are so monumental to Major League Baseball and its fans that they deserve their own spotlight. Similar to last year, we will be releasing unique Milestone Marks that celebrate big moments in baseball. From individual accomplishments like Miggy’s 3000th hit to team-wide performances like the Mets’ combined no-hitter, there is never a shortage of moments to celebrate.
Drop Details:
- Milestone Marks will be dropped ad-hoc throughout the season as significant games or record breaking events come up
- All Milestone Marks will be Limited Edition and available until they sell out
- Edition sizes and prices will vary depending on the Highlight
