Seth Blake – Managing Editor

Seth Blake isn’t candy, he’s a human being.  Sometimes he eats candy, sometimes he writes about candy.  His interests include fiction, film, music and candy.  He cooks, but not typically candy. He prefers words that are spoken, so even if you are in a crowded café, reading at your laptop, please speak aloud rather than read silently what he has posted.  If someone taps you on the shoulder and asks what you think you are doing talking like that, answer politely that you are trying to get the full effect as per the author’s request, that any responsibility is therefore his and to please direct your appreciation or animosity his way.  He is not asking you to be a martyr, so if the person who has tapped you then makes as if to knock you about the face, step down and offer the person a drink or some candy.  Coffee? Chocolate? Something stronger? With luck you will have made a new friend, learned something about candy and avoided bodily injury.  These are the three virtues to which the author aspires when he writes about candy.
